Take it from someone who works for the company. Just order small, medium and large, please. At least do it in my store. It doesn't matter. Starbucks cares more about getting/keeping customers than having people use their sizing system. Trust me.

Haha, that video makes me laugh, Ellen is awesome, but also when I was in Vegas I went to Starbucks and asked for a 20 oz (I was used to little coffee stands where you DO order by the ounce) the lady at Starbucks stared at me like I was an idiot until I gave her the proper name. I also have a tendency to forget to add the word "iced" or "frappuccino" in my order when I am in a hurry and end up with a regular warm mocha.
