This Cake Is a Lie

Now I have hardly ever met a cake I didn't like - but this...

THIS...

This is the stuff dreams are made of - JUST LOOK AT IT!!

I can't even begin to tell you of the creamy berryliciousness that was this beautiful cheesecake that we had on the Shannon River in Ireland.  It makes my mouth water just thinking about it now.  It's that serious.   It even came complete with a dollup of whipped cream, you know, in case you weren't already dying on the spot. You know you want to dig right in there...go on, help yourself.

Okay that's all you get is this little tease because I don't even have a recipe to share or any other evidence that it even exists unless you find the chef on board the Shannon Princess in Ireland and ask her yourself. She doesn't just give her secrets away - magicians never do!

Now you've done it. I have to have cheesecake! Yumm.

I joined the A to Z Challenge and thought I'd stop in to say hi and get to know another amazing blogger. I had no idea I'd be treated to dessert, too. Thanks.

There were SO many carbs on this trip between the desserts, the homemade breads and my favorite, the irish coffees..I'm sure I gained at least that while we were there.
