From Where I Blog
I know I'm usually late to the party and this case is no different because Jennifer at Just Jennifer put up a link LAST WEEK about posting about your wheres and hows of personal blogginess..quite honestly, it took me this long to clean the space enough to take a picture of it. I am a genius at work people, we are not known for our organizational skills. Let's just say I am happy there is a door to close on this space when I need it!
Jennifer came up with a great meme I'll Show you Mine if you Show Me Yours and of course it took like wild fire on the twitter with that title - ended up like Chinese telephone and there may or may not have been licking involved..
Without further delay, here's my space in our office in the basement:
I am more of a night blogger and post quite often in the middle of the night when I think nobody else is around - or at least after midnight because I don't usually get rolling on anything here until well after the kids (and husband) have gone to bed..it's just easier that way!

I blog in my bedroom on a messy desk. It is kind of my dirty secret, such a mess that I was kind of happy that we had window contractors working on the room when I did my video shoot for the Daily Dakotan (you can see it on my About Me page). That way we couldn't shoot in my "real" blogging save and we used my kitchen instead. Which really means I should clean my space up if it embarrasses me:)

I have a shelf that was made for a keyboard that roll out from under the desk - it works perfectly for a manicure! I definitely work best when everyone is asleep

That's a great writing area.
I need my own space - I have a couch.. so nothing gets done til the kids are asleep.
I'd kill for a little office space :)
