This week we bring you a great little chilled number which even though served as a cold drink, will be sure to warm you up on a cold winter night. We think even Santa would approve, as long as you are at the end of his shift!
Southern Coffee (cold)
1/2 cup coffee, cold
2 tablespoons Southern Comfort
2 tablespoons apricot brandy
1/8 cup heavy cream
Dump everything into a blender, mix well
Pour into glass

Sorry can't do it. I got really drunk off of Southern Comfort when I was younger and can't even handle the smell :S Bet it does taste good though. It's got coffee as an ingredient :D

Sounds great!, But I think I would prefer it warm.
We were all a little hesitant for that same reason but it wasn't too strong and the apricot brandy must have softened it somehow..
I think we were all surprised just how good it was..
The cream would have probably worked differently if it were warm..I think it would taste good.
I think you just gave me my party drink for the ornament exchange next week!
