I took a look at your picture for #9 and I swear I could feel my tongue sticking to that flag pole. Yikes!
Found my way here through Mama Kat's. :)
I too haven't been scuba diving yet.. visiting from Mama Kat's
ha ha...great list! There are quite a few I haven't done either...
It looks like you have a lot to do! Happy Upcoming Birthday!
LOVE your list. Some I've done; some I haven't (Fish taco...and I hope it never comes to that), but I think I would like to drink a cup of coffee with you!
There are quite a few things on your list that I haven't done. I would love to be swept of to Paris (or any other picturesque European town) in a private plane. ♥
You really should try Fish Tacos. They are delicious! (I'm not a big fan of seafood.) If you ever do want to try them, I have a great recipe. :)
Thank you for never watching Jersey Shore. I haven't either and I just keep hoping it goes away.
I wouldn't mind being swept off to Paris for the weekend or a week. But I would definitely recommend learning to scuba dive. Once you get used to the feeling of breathing under water, it is the calmest, most extraordinary feeling. Happy up-coming Birthday. I am right behind! Cheers!
I would skip the flagpole but going to Paris is a must-do. :)
HA - that scene hurts every time! Good thing it doesn't take the fire department to get it unstuck anymore.
My dad used to be an instructor, it should be natural for me..
It's not till March so I have some time...
Thanks Barbara!
I don't think I would eat a fish taco if I hadn't eaten in a week - it just doesn't sound right at all...The coffee is always on so come by anytime!
Right emphasis on the being swept up in a private plane - I've been to Paris.
I don't think any recipe could convince me to try fish tacos - well maybe yours might sway me a little..
LOVE the flag pole pic! Have to say I've never tried it either but have watched the movie!
I just have a feeling if I watch a second of that show I will either be sucked in or become addicted to bumpits. I hope the same thing Jacki - I think they have extended their five minutes far enough.
Thanks Renee - my dad used to be an instructor when I was young so at least I know what it stands for, that's a start right? My birthday is in March so I have some time..it's the 40 thing that's getting me..
Paris is a must do - I went this time last year and it was the best...I would like a private plane to be swept up in so I can go again!
Paris is definitely a must do. Jersey Shore - not so much.
I don't take my kids to Chuck E. Cheese either. Not even when they cry about it. I am a horrible parent.
You're not missing much with the fish taco thing. There's something about just saying that that grosses me out.
I noticed that you didn't include you've never worn a thong onesie...
The name 'fish taco' just makes me cringe. Eww. You should watch Jersey Shore though. They have a way of making me feel so much better about myself!
Seriously, eat a fish taco...they are amazing. I think you're a people person...I guess, I must just be your kind of people!
Great list. I'm loving this writer's workshop stuff.
Me too - I'm pretty proud of it though..
Aw damn, I knew I left something out of that list...I promise you are the only one I know that ever has worn a thong onesie
Right? It's just not natural...I know if I watch that show once I will be sucked in so I am avoiding it - I know you can fill me in if I have any questions..
YOU might be able to convince me about the taco...only because you are my kind of person!
Hah, number 9 reminded me of us all being herded into the Little Theatre at Seton one year to watch that movie as a "gift" from the faculty! I'd forgotten about that til now!
Do try a fish taco. Travel to California and have one there - it's more fun that way. Interestingly, I've done a lot of these, but I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing...hmm...
