20 Second Fitness The Real Story: Week 2 - Day 3

I am three days into week two of 20 Second Fitness. A week and a half in and feeling pretty good!  My family is participating with me which is fun - it's good when we are all heavy breathing together.  Of course the kids catch their breath much sooner than mom and dad.

Just starting week 2 tomorrow!! Love this DVD! Congrats on posting your before picture. I already posted a before pick like a month ago and haven't changed a bit from it, so I'll post a picture after I lose at least 1 pound hehehe

Great job sticking to it! I'm doing the 30 Day Shred. On Day 4 of level 1 and I'm not sure I've ever been this sore before! I have my before pics up on my blog too!
